DMCA Policy

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Brown Butter Chai Rice Krispie Treats website was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
